The Non-DOT Urine Collector Training Course provides practical, professional instruction for individuals responsible for workplace and non-regulated urine specimen collections. The course teaches collectors how to protect specimen integrity, maintain donor privacy, follow proper collection procedures, complete accurate chain-of-custody documentation, and handle problem collections such as insufficient volume, suspected tampering, temperature issues, refusals, and donor non-cooperation.

Designed for new and experienced collectors, collection site staff, mobile collectors, clinics, TPAs, and drug testing service providers, the training emphasizes confidentiality, neutrality, quality assurance, defensible documentation, and consistent adherence to established procedures. Through instructional material and video demonstrations, participants gain the knowledge and confidence needed to perform accurate, professional urine collections in real-world testing environments, and upon successful completion of the course and final exam, receive a Certificate of Completion.

Non-DOT does not require mock collections and not included in this training.

Emphasis is placed on maintaining control of the specimen, preventing substitution or adulteration, documenting issues immediately, and following established procedures consistently.

This training is designed for new and existing collectors, collection site staff, mobile collectors, clinics, TPAs, and drug testing service providers who need a strong foundation in professional non-DOT urine specimen collection.
